haha... yes... u gotta believe this... nypd went for a cycling trip at bukit cahaya seri alam @ shah alam... malaysia's first agricultural park.... went there wit a bunch of colleagues...
it was a very very very physical demanding activity for me particularly (maybe not for others hehe).... n i did nearly pass out...seriously.... the last time i cycled was during my freshie year @ utp which was few years ago hehe.... n i hv no clue where is my last bicycle that i owned...perhaps it has been sold to those "kedai besi buruk"... saje nak cakap melayu :P
my journey started when ivan came to pick me up...then headed to Sri Petaling to meet up with the rest.....reached bukit cahaya around 10am... had 'roti bakar' as breakfast with some of them.... n then the cycling journey begins!!! spent quite some time to choose our desired bicycles.... it was alrite at first but as we reach a hill... very steep for bicycles k... i felt like quitting... but i know it is so useless of me if i were to quit at that time.... rested for a while n then the journey continues....
had to thank nottboy who helped me to carry my bag hehe... sorry nottiboy for troubling u.... of course no pain no gain.... as we all managed to climb the hill n here we go.... it was a great a smooth-sailing downhill cycling after that haha....but it wasnt the end yet... throughout the whole journey, we went uphill n downhill few times.... but definately i prefer the downhill hehe.....
sm's tummy merajuk so he gotta go pujuk it in the loo... antipody followed him... then we met with them back at tmn rempah-ratus... that was the second time when i felt like pass out... i felt terrible, similar to the feeling when i vomitted n nearly fainted during one of my auntie's visits few years back.... tx to my caring colleagues... all of them... who really made sure that i was alrite before we continue our cycling activity...... that was also the first stop where we took group photos... just when we wanted to depart.... i suddenly fell, just dunno how i fell hahah... so as the consequences... i planted a scratch mark on my right leg.... sob sob... means no skirt for me for the next few weeks....hope it can be removed!!! else i would remember this trip forever!!!
then we stopped at perkampungan budaya.... it has few kampung houses according to states i suppose... but the park's maintainence should be revised la as all these places that should be catered for visitors no more functioning.... we cycled around there...took photos here n there... n then we headed to mushroom park....
there's a lake nearby... snapped quite alot of photos there... some of us lied down on the grass....while the rest sat down n as usual ...fox n nottyboy were busy with their cameras.... it was a great place to lepak there n then we went on searching for the mushrooms...unfortunately, it has been closed down....
next was the best stop which is the 'four season' room.... it's spring at the moment... so as we went in... those flowers were blomming n it was so colourful that u would feel that u wished u r at those four-season-countries..... snapped lots of photos here too... n we took some group photos as well...
as we came out...could hear the thunder....n we decided to call it a day...we cycled towards the exit to the bicycle rental shops.... the rental was rm 6 per pax... n we've cycled for 3 hours++!!!
next antipody guided us to plaza masalam... yala...he stays at shah alam thats y he's the best candidate... decided to hv our late lunch at nyonya kitchen.... we ordered dishes except sm n nottyboy who's on vegetarian diet... the food was not bad...quite okla actually...but no crab :( ehhe just kidding la....
next...sigh... no more next.... that's the end of our one-day trip... i hate the ending part where we hv to head back to our home.... felt like the trip was so short.... reached home at bout 5.15pm....
despite feeling tired, exhausted, motionless, it was a great outing for everyone indeed..... can really keep fit if there are more similar activities to come hahaha....but cant do it alwiz la... hv to take it slowly...my body need to adapt to my healthy lifestyle changes hahaha....
ok, here we go...a picture speaks a thousand words....

and not forgetting...some nature photos...

u can hv a look at fox's site for nicer photos....
ok, nypd gtg...wanna take a nap la after spending few hours to transfer those photos... y? coz the sd card was not formatted n those photos cant be read.... n i had to transfer photos from the sd card to the camera's built-in memory n then transfer them to another sd card... n the built-in memory is only 14 MB!!! so i had to do it in batches.....but it's ok...as long as those photos were not gone....
*credits to ivan for snapping some of those photos...n tx to him, im goin to come out with a quiz to test how good is ur memory on this trip hehe.... coming soon!!
nypd signing off...
